DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, International Business, International Relations, Journalism, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Media, Publisher, Press Relations, or Agency environments
- Good organizational, Project Management and time-management Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to come up with a fruitful solution for daily tasks.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Influencer Strategy & Campaign Management
- Plan, implement, and manage Influencer Marketing campaigns aligned with brand and client objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and engage suitable Celebrities, KOLs, KOCs, and content creators across key social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook,…).
- Develop campaign concepts and influencer strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and brand impact.
- Coordinate influencer deliverables, content timelines, and campaign execution.
- Ensure quality control and brand alignment across all influencer activities.
Influencer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies.
- Manage influencer communications, negotiations, and collaboration agreements.
- Develop long-term influencer partnerships and community engagement strategies.
- Maintain and grow an influencer database for future campaigns.
Project Management
- Manage multiple influencer marketing campaigns simultaneously from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure campaign consistency.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets for influencer projects.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and meet performance expectations.
Performance & Insights
- Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis.
- Optimize influencer strategies based on insights and market trends.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager / Account Manager, preferably in an agency environment or handling Influencer Marketing on the brand side
- Strong experience in Influencer Engagement and KOL/KOC management
- Proven track record of executing successful campaigns/projects with international brands
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, social media analytics, and campaign tracking tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools

ABOUT THE JOB
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, while managing influencer/KOL collaborations to amplify brand impact. This role requires a strong balance between strategic thinking, content execution, performance tracking, and relationship management.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, and emerging channels.
- Plan content calendars, oversee content production (copy, visuals, videos), and ensure consistent brand voice and tone.
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats, algorithms, and best practices to optimize performance.
Content & Campaign Execution
- Lead brainstorming and ideation for creative social media and integrated communication campaigns.
- Collaborate with Creative, PR, and Account teams to execute social media components of campaigns, brand activations, and events.
- Oversee social content for internal branding, partnerships, and special initiatives.
- Support website content updates such as blog posts, case studies, and campaign highlights when needed.
Influencer / KOL Management
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with relevant influencers and KOLs across industries.
- Handle influencer outreach, negotiation, briefing, execution, and follow-up.
- Coordinate influencer participation in campaigns, events, and brand collaborations.
- Monitor influencer content output to ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversions, etc.).
- Track influencer and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare performance reports and post-campaign evaluations for internal teams and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, PR, or agency environment.
- Proven experience managing brand or client social media accounts and influencer collaborations.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including campaign setup, audience targeting, A/B testing, and optimization.
- Ability to analyze paid and organic performance data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with ads managers and reporting tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

We are seeking a Senior Creative Designer with exceptional design excellence and creative leadership capabilities to lead our design initiatives and mentor team members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Art Direction & Concept Development: Lead the ideation and creation of high-impact creative concepts, mood boards, and key visuals for major IMC/PR campaigns. Set the visual benchmark and aesthetic direction for all client projects.
- Creative Collaboration: Spearhead brainstorming sessions, collaborating closely with the Strategy, Sr. Creative Writer, and Account teams to transform client briefs into winning creative proposals.
- Visual Approach & Brand Stewardship: Ensure absolute consistency across all brand touchpoints while pushing creative innovation and visual boundaries. Guide clients on visual identity system management.
- Design Supervision & Excellence: Oversee the design layouts of various marketing materials such as PR, social media, digital, OOH, packaging, event and activaiton. Review and quality-control (QC) the team’s output to ensure technical precision and zero-error final production (FA).

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience as a Graphic/Creative Designer in a marketing, advertising, PR, or creative agency environment.
Technical Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
- Advanced skills in video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
The Creative Mindset:
- Exceptional conceptual thinking and strategic creative problem-solving abilities. Ability to articulate the strategic and aesthetic reasoning behind design decisions.
