Role Overview
As a Project Admin, you will support our teams by managing the daily operations of each campaign. You will be responsible for managing all project-related paperwork, tracking financial transactions, and ensuring administrative workflows run seamlessly. Your meticulous eye for detail and organized approach will bridge the gap between our Account teams, Finance, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Paperwork & Contract Management: Draft, review, track, and archive project contracts (Client & Vendor agreements), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and liquidation minutes.
Payment & Financial Admin:
- Monitor client invoicing schedules and follow up on accounts receivable.
- Process and verify payment requests for vendors, KOLs, and freelancers, ensuring all supporting documents comply with company policies.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, manage petty cash, and track internal expenditures.
Project Budget Support: Assist Project Managers in tracking budget allocation, monitoring expenses, and preparing periodic financial reports for individual projects.
General Project Administration: Organize project folders, maintain internal databases, take minutes during critical meetings, and coordinate administrative logistics for project teams.
Job Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years of experience as a Project Admin, Project Assistant, Operations Admin, or Internal Accountant (Experience in a PR/Creative Agency is a strong advantage).
Skills:
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data and budget tracking.
- Exceptional attention to detail with sharp proofreading and drafting skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required to handle bilingual contracts and international stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Law.
Big Plus: A Legal Background to easily review contract clauses, identify basic compliance risks, and streamline the legal approval process.

Role Overview
As Influencer Account Director, you will lead the management of high-value influencer campaigns and client relationships. You’ll be responsible for campaign strategy, influencer selection, content oversight, and ROI analysis. This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep industry expertise and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Senior Advisory: Formulate high-level, innovative influencer strategies and integrated communications frameworks for brands and mega-campaigns.
- Business Growth & P&L Management: Hold ultimate accountability for the department’s revenue and profitability targets. Lead high-stakes client pitching and optimize agency profit margins.
- Team Management & Capability Building: Mentor, lead, and develop the influencer marketing team (Managers and Specialists). Standardize operational workflows and elevate the team’s execution standards.
- Strategic Network & Partnerships: Cultivate and secure exclusive, long-term partnerships with top-tier talent agencies, MCNs, and A-list celebrities/influencers.
- Crisis & Risk Management: Oversee and mitigate PR crisis related to influencers/KOLs during campaign execution to safeguard client interests and agency reputation.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or related account management role
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns with measurable ROI
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and influencer ecosystem
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience with influencer databases and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project management and multitasking capabilities with attention to detail

Role Overview
As a Social Media Executive, you will be the creative voice behind Ivy+Partners’ own brand. Your main job is to showcase our company culture, agency life, and successful projects through trendy and engaging content on our channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). You will also support some social media tasks for our clients when needed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Planning
- Content Planning: Brainstorm, conceptualize, and build weekly/monthly content calendars for Ivy+Partners’ internal channels and client projects.
- Employer Branding Strategy: Plan creative angles to capture daily agency life, behind-the-scenes moments, and team activities to boost Ivy+Partners’ Employer Branding.
- Case Study Promotion: Strategy-driven planning to feature Ivy+Partners’ successful campaigns, awards, and expert insights from our leadership team.
2. Social Content Execution
- Content Creation: Write engaging, trendy, and platform-appropriate copy (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram).
- Visual Production: Partner closely with Designers to produce high-quality images and short-form videos.
- Trend Monitoring: Constantly monitor the latest digital trends, viral topics, and platform updates to apply immediately to execution.
3. Community Management
Engagement Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social channels to build a friendly, active, and professional community.
Job Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or Content Writer (Agency experience is a plus).
Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Basic Meta media booking/boosting posts) is a strong advantage.
- Good writing skills with a trendy and creative mindset.
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms (especially Instagram and Facebook).
- Basic photo/video editing skills (using Canva, CapCut) is a big advantage.
Language: Good English skills (both writing and speaking)
Attitude: Responsible, active, open to feedback, and always up-to-date with the latest online trends.
