RESPONSIBILITIES

IMC Project Management

• Plan, implement, and manage IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) strategies.
• Organize and manage various IMC activities
• Measure and produce reports on KPIs and each campaign
• Use different channels to optimize the campaign’s reach and success
• Arrange, manage, and quality control on IMC activities (PR, KOL engagement, Influencer Marketing, Events, Campaign…)
• Client service: key contact with clients from receiving the brief to pitching, consulting, execution & reporting
• Research and gather opportunities for media, influencers, co-branded events, partnership and sponsorship
• Build and maintain relationships with KOL & Influencers, media, communities, and other key players in the industry
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

Strategic Planning

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s business and industry and customer insights to validate and work with PR team to consult suitable solutions for clients
• Leading the team in the pitching process: identify the prospect, develop proposal, presentation and consult client, etc
• Managing & Consulting for the team during the project to ensure excellent work

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write bilingual content including articles, press releases, thought leadership, whitepaper/ report, Linkedin content… that will meet the objectives of a brand
• Generate content ideas for brands while keeping up to date with content trends
• Work closely with team members to achieve the best outcome for our clients.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCES

• Should have at least 4 years of experience in content writing. Previous background working at an agency/ Newspaper or Media company is a plus.
• Open to expat candidates
• Must be a flexible writer who can write diverse topics in bilingual
• Are great at managing multiple deadlines
• Are constantly up-to-date with what’s happening in the media scene.
• Able to identify the kind of content that can satisfy the client’s objective but also attract readers
• A curious, out-going person who has eyes on details

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support for communication & PR activities on media & digital channels.
• Support writing strategic proposals during pitching process
• Demonstrate proficiency in writing skills to craft internal information, press materials, business proposals, etc.
• Develop content for PR Translate documents in both ENG – VIE & VIE – ENG
• Support internal team, coordinate with other supplier, vendors, partners
• Other ad-hoc tasks.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCES

• Fresher or last-year-student at university with major about PR, Marketing, International business/ International Relations.
• Experienced in publisher or press relation
• Good organizational and time-management skills will be a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to come up with a fruitful solution for daily tasks.
• Good at English
